Reasons why people don’t set goals?

People with pessimistic attitudes are looking loopholes and weaknesses in setting up the goals.

2) Some people are having fear of failure that’s why they don’t make their goals. They thighs if I am unable to achieve the goals then how my parents and my peers react. They think they will fail if they don’t achieve their goals.

3) Lack of ambition also a basic reason for some people of not setting up the goals.

4) Few people don’t have knowledge of achieving their goals. They don’t know the right methods of setting up the right goals.

  • S - specific- goals should be specific
  • A- Achievable- they should be within our abilities.
  • R - Realistic- to achieve
  • T - Time bounded.
