Every day is a challenge within itself and there are many unseen obstacles but when you dead you don’t have to worry about that anymore. This state of peace and tranquility is in fact imperative for the mind and body. However, it the transition from one state to another which fears us the most. Life to death is just a change from one form to another but the change is arduous to accept. Even on knowing the fact, none of us is ready to undergo this transition. The fear of death follows from the fear of life; a man who lives a pleasant life is prepared for a peaceful death. If he has controlled his fear of death he can very easily go through this transition with no worries.
