Reasons why people don’t set goals?

2) Some people are having fear of failure that’s why they don’t make their goals. They thighs if I am unable to achieve the goals then how my parents and my peers react. They think they will fail if they don’t achieve their goals.
3) Lack of ambition also a basic reason for some people of not setting up the goals.
4) Few people don’t have knowledge of achieving their goals. They don’t know the right methods of setting up the right goals.
WE can use the SMART goal technique while setting our goals.
S - specific- goals should be specific
M - Measurable- goals should be measurable.
A - Achievable- they should be within our abilities.
R - Realistic- to achieve
T - Time bounded.
